• Main Hall: 18.4m x 8m / 60ft x 26ft
• Meeting Room (Ground Floor): 4.5m x 4m / 15ft x 13ft
• Mike Frost Room (Upstairs): 5m x 5.4m / 17ft x 18ft

Yes, they are! We have 100 chairs in the hall, and 24 upstairs in the Mike Frost Room.
We also have 16 large tables, and 11 smaller tables.

• Main Hall: 200 (dancing), 150 (close seated), or 100 (with tables and chairs)
• Committee Room (Ground Floor): 15
• Mike Frost Room (Upstairs): 24

Yes. A portable stage is available and can be assembled by the hirer prior to the event.
Is there a kitchen and is it fully equipped?

Yes, the hall includes a fully equipped kitchen with:
• Oven, fridge, and microwave
• Crockery and cutlery for up to 100 people
Please bring your own oven trays and any specialised cooking equipment.

No, there is no dishwasher available.
Can we have children's play equipment such as a bouncy castle?

Yes, bouncy castles are permitted.
However, helium balloons and smoke machines are not allowed, as they can trigger the fire alarm. There are dedicated hooks around the hall for hanging decorations. Please do not sellotape anything to the walls.
Please confirm your plans when booking.

Yes, each room is equipped as follows:
• Committee Room & Mike Frost Room: Screen with HDMI connection
• Main Hall: Large screen, projector, and sound system (HDMI connection via amplifier)
Note: Use of the media system incurs an additional charge.

• The ground floor, including the Main Hall, Committee Room, and an accessible toilet, is wheelchair-friendly.
• The Mike Frost Room (upstairs) is accessible only by stairs — there is no lift.

Yes, parking is available on site and on nearby public roads.
Please avoid parking on Norvic Road, as it is private.
